Complaints
How to raise a concern with us, and what happens next.
If something isn't right, tell us
We aim to get everything right, but if we have fallen short we want to know so we can put it right.
How to make a complaint
- Contact us – tell us what happened, your name and contact details, and the vehicle (stock number or registration, if you have it).
- We acknowledge – we will confirm we have received your complaint promptly.
- We investigate – a manager will look into it and talk to you about what went wrong.
- We respond – we will explain our findings and what we propose to do to resolve it.
